In the industrial case area 3100 m² locates 5 production departments: assembly, on repair of the autocoupling equipment, on repair of the brake equipment, truck and wheel-roller, where repair 6 cars can simultaneously be made. Production departments are equipped according to technological processes by the equipment, means of measurements, the control and the tests, necessary for realization of activity on maintenance service and repair of the rolling equipment used on a railway transportation.

The depot has access roads in length of 4500 m and own locomotive which is having the right of an output on a way of the general using. The access road of depot leaves on station Polpinskaja of the Moscow railway and further Bryansk - Oryol adjoins tariff station.

03.09.2007 the depot has been appropriated by the telegram № 112 of JSC «RZD» conditional number for marking responsible details of a railway rolling stock № 1296 for carrying out depot repair low-sided and covered cars, and the telegramme from 15.09.2008 – the permission to use earlier assigned number for marking responsible knots and details by manufacture depot and major repairs of platforms. Conditional number of marking is the original guarantor of conformity of quality of works to the established technical norms.
